Alecia Dawn Young loves art-making and she love yoga. A formally certified K-12 visual arts teacher and nonprofit arts manager, she combined these loves when she founded Yogamotiv – a healing arts yoga studio specializing in make & take wellness. Practicing for over a decade and certified through the Yoga Roots on Location 200-hour Antiracism Yoga Teacher Training, Alecia facilitates trauma-informed yoga in the Pittsburgh area.
